Ingredients
- 400g your favorite pasta
- 150g button mushroom (brown or white)
- 200g Bacon
For the sauce :
- 130g sour cream
- 90g heavy cream
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 or 2 tbsp hon tsuyu soup base
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- 1/3 tsp sea salt ( optional )
- a small quantity of chopped scallion (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Combine the sauce ingredients (except salt).
- 2. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until al dente, probably a little bit less time than what packet instructions usually say. Meanwhile, place a frying pan over medium heat and put a little bit of oil. Add bacon and heat them until it is hot but not smoking.
- 3. Add the cooked pasta, mushrooms and parmesan. And toss until well combined.
- Sprinkle scallion chopped and serve immediately.
