Here is home made pasta! That was really last year’s best purchase : you can make different sorts of noodles like ramen, udon, soba and… of course pasta. I don’t need to worry about where I am going to buy the right noodles from, even out here in Europe :) I just need to tune the flour properly. At first I was a bit confused as there are many kinds of flours in France, but now I think I am getting used to it. Highly recommended!
