Ingredients
- 500g cut of pork (your favorite) - cut into big size cubes
- 3 to 4 pieces chicken thighs or chicken breast (without bone if you cook for kids)
- 5 garlic cloves - minced
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml rice vinegar
- 40 to 50 ml balsamic vinegar
- 55g brown sugar
Instructions
- 1. Heat up your pressure cooker and brown the chopped garlic in it.
- 2. Add cubed pork in it, mix with the garlic. Brown until lightly-browned all over the meat.
- 3. Add vinegar, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and brown sugar and stir again well.
- 4. Now close the pressure cooker and turn the heat to high. When the pressure builds up, turn the gas down medium-low, and time it for about 7 minutes. Remove the pressure cooker from the heat and let the pressure come down naturally, about 15 minutes. Simmer it without the lid until slightly reduced.
- If you don't use the pressure cooker, then do the same with a pot. After you put all ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered. About 40 to 50 mins (instead of 7 mins. ), or until the meat is tender. Remove the rib and simmer again until sauce is thick.
