Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 5 cloves garlic - finely chopped
- 1 stick leek - finely chopped
For the seasoning
- 60g Korean chili powder
- 6 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp tsuyu
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a medium fry pan and add the garlic. Fry until fragrant or beginning to brown. Then put chopped leek, fry them until softened. Let it cool and set aside.
- 2. In a medium bowl, add all the seasoning ingredients and mix together well. Add cooled garlic and leek mixture to the chili sauce. Blend them thoroughly.
- 3. Transfer to a glass jar, and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve with steamed rice, noodle, salad or meat to your taste:)
