Ingredients
- 1 bunch watercress leaves (approx. 220 grams) - washed and drain
- 40g coriander - washed and drain
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 60g almond
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1 tbsp sesame
- 2 tbsp kraft parmesan cheese
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Add all the ingredients in a food processor and whiz to combine until all ingredients are smooth.
- Season with salt to taste and set aside.
- Mix with pasta or fried rice:)
- Note : You can also freeze it in a zip lock bag until you need.
