Vinaigrette potato hamburger

Vinaigrette potato hamburger

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes - peel and cut to the proper size (about 750g)
  • 3 garlic cloves - finely chopped
  • 20g fresh ginger - finely chopped
  • 1 onion - finely chopped
  • 1 red paprika - finely chopped

For the seasoning :

  • 2 pack sushi taro
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 cup panko / bead crumbs

For the sauce :

  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp thai sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  • 1. Boil potatoes in a pot until they are tender and mash them until no lumps remain. Set aside.
  • 2. In a fry pan, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil and then add garlic, ginger. Fry until they are fragrant. Add onion and red paprika, fry until they are lightly brown or soft. Let it cool.
  • 3. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes and onion mixture to combine evenly. Add all the seasoning ingredient and mix well.
  • 4. Roll out the mixture to circle or oval balls shape. In a large fry pan, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium high, place the patties onto the pan and fry both side until it gets brown color.
  • 5. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for about 10 mins. Meanwhile, in a small cup, add all the sauce ingredient and mix well.
  • 6. Serve hot with the prepared sauce.

Note : In a Sushi Taro back, there are 2 pack of sushi seasoning include seaweed and sesame etc.. Add all!
