Ingredients
- 2 or 3 bananas - cut into sliced
- 1 egg
- 100g cake flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 60g sugar
- 25g butter
- 100ml milk
- a dash of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, add egg, sugar and mix well using a cooking whisk.
- 2. Mix vanilla and honey into the egg mixture to combine evenly.
- 3. Add sifted flour, baking powder, salt and mix well. Then pour milk and mix well until smooth.
- 4. Add melted butter and whisk them lightly with a cooking whisk.
- 5. Heat the fry pan with extra butter (1/2 tbsp ) over low heat, add banana and cook them until soft or lightly brown.
- 6. Pour the batter onto the baked bananas. Cook for about 2 mins over medium heat with care not to scorch.
- 7. Flip the banana pan cake using another fry pan and cook the other side for about 3 mins or until they are lightly brown.
- 8. Cut to square pieces to serve.
