Ingredients
- 450g chicken tenderloin - cut to bite-size chunks
- [Ingredients A]
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 1 tsp herbes de provence
- 1 tbsp tsuyu
- 1 onion - cut into slices
- 1 pack button mushroom (200g) - cut into slices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the seasoning
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50ml milk
- 10g butter
- pepper and salt to taste
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, add chicken and all ingredient A and marinate them about for 30 mins in the refrigerator.
- 2. In a fry pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil, and fry the onion until soft. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry together until no longer pink.
- 3. Finally add mushrooms and saute lightly.
- 4. Add all seasoning ingredients at the same time. Mix and stir-fry.
- 5. Serve hot with steamed rice, bread, or even pasta!
