Ingredients
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 1/3 tsp dry yeast
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 290ml lukewarm water
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, put flour, salt and dry yeast. Mix together well.
- 2. In a small bowl, add water, soy sauce, mirin and brown sugar and mix well.
- 3. Pour the water into the flour mixture, mix to combine and knead the dough well using your hand until the dough comes together.
- 4. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead until the dough is smooth. Shape the dough into a ball. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let stand overnight in fridge.
- 5. Place the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and divide it to 3 or 4 pieces as you like. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough to a circle shape. The thinner you roll out, the crispier!
- 6. Decorate your pizza with tomato sauce and your favorite toppings.
- 7. Pre-heat the oven to 230C degree. Bake the pizza for about 10-15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
