Wafu basil paste with sesame oil

Wafu basil paste with sesame oil

Ingredients

  • 60g basil
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 50g pine nuts
  • 10g almond
  • 10g cashew nuts
  • 50ml sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tsuyu
  • 1 tbsp white sesame
  • 20g parmesan kraft cheese

Instructions

  • 1. Add all ingredients in a food processor fitted with an S-blade.
  • 2. Process for about 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture turns to smooth paste, stopping to scrap the sides as needed.
  • 3. Use the paste with pasta or fried rice or as a sauce for a meal depend you like.
  • 4. If you don't use it all at once, then you can store it in the freezer for up to about 2 months. Store in a Ziploc Freezer bag or a food plastic container.
