Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast - boneless skinless - cut into bite-sized pieces
- 150g green beans - chopped
- 3 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For the seasoning A
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
For the seasoning B
- 1 tbsp cooking sake
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp katakuriko / potato starch
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, add all seasoning A ingredients and mix well. Add chicken to marinate for about 30 mins.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil and fry the chicken over medium heat until no longer pink.
- 3. Add green beans and gently fry until the beans are soft (do not over cook).
- 4. Add all the seasoning B ingredients at the time and fry them to combine evenly.
- Serve hot!
