Creamy grenadine syrup ice pop

Creamy grenadine syrup ice pop

Ingredients

  • 150g natural yoghurt - sugar-free
  • 50ml grenadine syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 banana ( 80g ) - peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 20ml fresh milk

  • 100ml heavy cream - beat until firm peaks form

Instructions

  • 1. Add all ingredients except "heavy cream" in your blender and puree with a blender until they are smooth.
  • 2. Mix whipped heavy cream and grenadine mixture together well to combine evenly.
  • 3. Pour the blended grenadine mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks then freeze for at least 3-5 hours or until firm.

  • Adjust the sweetness according your taste.
