Ingredients
- 80ml heavy cream - beat until firm peaks form
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 70ml plane yogurt - no sugar added
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 or 2 tbsp vanilla monin syrup ( or 1 1/2 white sugar and 1/4 vanilla extract)
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, add heavy cream and 1 tbsp white sugar and beat until firm peaks form.
- 2. Pour yogurt little by little into the cream and mix well.
- 3. Mix honey and vanilla monin syrup (or sugar) to combine evenly.
- 4. Add lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix well.
- 5. Pour the lemon ice mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks then freeze for at least 3-5 hours or until firm.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
