Creamy lemon ice pop

Creamy lemon ice pop

Ingredients

  • 80ml heavy cream - beat until firm peaks form
  • 1 tbsp white sugar

  • 70ml plane yogurt - no sugar added
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 or 2 tbsp vanilla monin syrup ( or 1 1/2 white sugar and 1/4 vanilla extract)
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 lemon juice

Instructions

  • 1. In a bowl, add heavy cream and 1 tbsp white sugar and beat until firm peaks form.
  • 2. Pour yogurt little by little into the cream and mix well.
  • 3. Mix honey and vanilla monin syrup (or sugar) to combine evenly.
  • 4. Add lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix well.
  • 5. Pour the lemon ice mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks then freeze for at least 3-5 hours or until firm.

  • Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
