Kiwi ice pop

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe kiwis
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla monin syrup (or 1 tbsp white sugar and a dash of vanilla extract)
  • 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 30ml heavy cream - beat until firm peaks form
  • 2 tbsp white sugar

Instructions

  • 1. Keep 3 slices of kiwi for the filling.
  • 2. Add the rest of kiwis, lemon and honey in your blender and puree them until they are smooth. Transfer into a bowl and add monin syrup and condensed milk, mix well.
  • 3. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream and 2 tbsp white sugar until firm peaks form.
  • 4. Pour the kiwi mixture into whipped heavy cream little by little and mix well to combine evenly.
  • 5. Put a sliced kiwi into each mold and pour the kiwi ice mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks then freeze for at least 3-5 hours or until firm.

  • Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
