Ingredients
- 60g fresh spinach - washed
- 50ml fresh milk
- 30ml evaporated milk
- 30ml maple syrup
- 50g mascarpone
- 1 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 banana
- 80ml heavy cream - beat until firm peaks form
Instructions
- 1. Boil the spinach lightly and drain well. Let it cool.
- 2. Add all ingredients except "heavy cream" in your blender and puree with a blender until they are smooth.
- 2. Mix whipped heavy cream and spinach puree mixture together well to combine evenly.
- 3. Pour the spinach mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks then freeze for at least 3-5 hours or until firm.
- Adjust the sweetness according your taste.
