Spinach ice pops

Ingredients

  • 60g fresh spinach - washed
  • 50ml fresh milk
  • 30ml evaporated milk
  • 30ml maple syrup
  • 50g mascarpone
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 banana

  • 80ml heavy cream - beat until firm peaks form

Instructions

  • 1. Boil the spinach lightly and drain well. Let it cool.
  • 2. Add all ingredients except "heavy cream" in your blender and puree with a blender until they are smooth.
  • 2. Mix whipped heavy cream and spinach puree mixture together well to combine evenly.
  • 3. Pour the spinach mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks then freeze for at least 3-5 hours or until firm.

  • Adjust the sweetness according your taste.
