  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 1/2 tbsp white sugar

  • -B-
  • 200ml heavy cream - beat until soft peaks form
  • 2 tsp strawberry powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp monin vanilla syrup (or 2 tbsp sugar with 1/4 vanilla extract)

  • -C-

  • 10g gelatin

For the top jelly

Instructions

  • 1. Put all the ingredient A (strawberry, banana, milk, sugar and lemon juice) in your blender and make juice.
  • 2. Transfer the juice into the medium bowl. Add the ingredient "B" (heavy cream, strawberry powder, monin syrup) into the bowl and mix well. Set aside.

  • 7. Add the gelatin mixture into grenadine and mix well.
  • 8. Pour the grenadine mixture over the firm strawberry banana mousse. Refrigerate again until firm.

  • Serve the strawberry banana mousse chilled and garnished with whipped cream (to taste).
