Chicken fingers

Ingredients

  • 400g chicken breast - boneless skinless
  • 90g brown mushrooms
  • 20g ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 60g carrot
  • 1 onion

- Ingredients B -

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup panko / bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp cake flour

For the sauce :

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white sesame
  • 1/3 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp tsuyu
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  • 1. Add the chicken in your food processor and process until the chicken until it was coarsely ground. Transfer to the medium bowl.
  • 2. Now process mushrooms, ginger, garlic, and carrot in the food processor. Add to the minced chicken bowl. Do the same for the onion but squeeze out the onion juice before adding.
  • 3. Add all the B ingredients to the chicken mixture and mix well.
  • 4. Shape the mixture in to desired shape and size. Cook them on the skillet over medium heat (both sides) until nicely charred. Cover and cook over low heat until cooked all the way through.
  • 5. Mix the sauce ingredients together and serve with chicken fingers!
