Ingredients
- 400g brown button mushrooms - sliced
- 1 onion - chopped
- 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped

- 30g anchovy
- 2 tbsp oil from anchovy canned
- 2 tbsp tsuyu
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 30ml olive oil
Instructions
- 1. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil (1 tbsp) until warmed and add garlic, stir until fragrant. Add onion and mushrooms, continue stirring until cooked. Let it cool and set aside.
- 2. Add the mushroom mixture and all the ingredients A in your food processor and process until the paste is uniform.
