Ingredients
- 1 carrot
For the seasoning
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white sesame
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrot and shred it. Transfer into a bowl.
- 2. Add all the seasoning ingredients in the bowl and mix them to combine evenly.
- 3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before you serve.
