Ingredients
- -Ingredient A-
- 100ml rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 or 3 pieces dried chili peppers
- 1 tsp usukuchi soy sauce (2/3 tsp soy sauce, if you don't have it.)
- -Ingredient B-
- 250g radish - cut into short sticks
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, add all ingredient A amd mix well until the sugar has dissolved.
- 2. Add the cutted radish to marinate.
- 3. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Serve as a side dish!
