Ingredients

  • 250g watercress
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - ingredient A -
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 50g walnut
  • 20g almond
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tsuyu
  • 40ml olive oil
  • 5g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • 1. In a medium fry-pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add the watercress and stir-fry until tender. Put it aside to let it cool.
  • 2. Add lukewarm watercress and all the ingredient A in your food processor and process until smooth.
  • 3. Put back to the fry-pan and fry them until the pungency of garlic get milder.
  • Serve with bread or use as pasta sauce!
