Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves - chopped
- 2 orange or yellow bell pepper - cut in chunks (to fit your food processor)
- 1 green bell pepper - cut as well
- 1 onion - cut as well
- 200g bacon
- - Ingredient A for the seasoning -
- 30g butter
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp jam
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 diced tomato can (400g)
Instructions
- 1. Heat the olive oil (1 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat and fry garlic until fragrant. Add bacon, onion, peppers and cook until wilted.
- 2. Let them cool down to room temperature.
- 3. Then blend or process in a food processor until just chunky.
- 4. Return to a frying pan and stir lightly while you with add the tomato can and all ingredients A to season. Toss to coat. Simmer for about 5 mins.
- 5. Serve with the cooked pasta!
- Serve hot with spaghetti!
