Ingredients
- 70g amaranth - wash and drain
- - Ingredient A -
- 1/3 tsp fine salt
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 280g water
- - Ingredient B -
- 1 tsp thai fish sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 or 1 1/2 tsp korean red chili powder
Instructions
- 1. In a small cooking pot, add washed amaranth and all ingredient "A" and bring to boil.
- 2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 mins.
- 3. Add all ingredient "B" then increase heat to medium-high and cook until water evaporates stirring continually to prevent burning.
- Serve with hot steamed rice, spagettie with cream, salad or with tofu as you like!
