Ingredients
- 250 boneless chicken thighs or breasts - cut into bite-size pieces
- 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 1 onion - chopped
- 200g brown mushrooms - thinly sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 150ml water
- 200ml fresh milk
- 60ml coconut milk
- 1 cube bouillon chicken
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
- 30g / 1 cube curry sauce mix
- 30ml heavy cream
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil and fry garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add chicken, onion, mushrooms, and continue stirring until cooked.
- 2. Add salt and garlic powder to your taste.
- 3. Add all the ingredient "A" and bring them to boil. Then turn the heat to low and simmer for a few mins. Add heavy cream to finish.
- Serve with hot steamed rice!
