Simple easy chicken curry

Ingredients

  • 250 boneless chicken thighs or breasts - cut into bite-size pieces
  • 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 200g brown mushrooms - thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp fine salt
  • 150ml water
  • 200ml fresh milk
  • 60ml coconut milk
  • 1 cube bouillon chicken
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
  • 30g / 1 cube curry sauce mix
  • 30ml heavy cream

Instructions

  • 1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil and fry garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add chicken, onion, mushrooms, and continue stirring until cooked.
  • 2. Add salt and garlic powder to your taste.
  • 3. Add all the ingredient "A" and bring them to boil. Then turn the heat to low and simmer for a few mins. Add heavy cream to finish.
  • Serve with hot steamed rice!
