- 400g chicken mince
- 1 onion - finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 1/2 yellow zucchini - chopped
- 30g grated cheese
- 4 tbsp katakuriko/potato starch
- - Ingredient B -
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- a dash of pepper
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredient A and mix well to combine evenly. Add all the ingredient B and mix.
- 2. Shape the mixture into desired shape and size and place it on the skillet over low-medium heat. Cook both sides until lightly browned (about 15 to 20 mins), flip the burger occasionally.
- 3. Serve hot!
