1. In a bowl, add all the ingredient A and knead them well to combine evenly by hand.
2. Shape the portion with your hands into a ball about 5 cm in diameter. In a small bowl, add the ingredient B and mix. Set aside.
3. Dredge each ball (in order) into flour, egg mixture, then panko (bread crumbs).
4. Fill a pan or skillet with enough oil to partially submerge the balls (about 1cm is ok) over medium heat, fry the patties for 1 to 2 minutes turning with tongs each side, reduce the heat to low and cook the balls until crisp and golden brown. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
