Ingredients
- 1 can chick peas (439g)
- 5 garlic cloves - minced
- 30ml olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp white sesame paste (tahini)
- 1/3 tsp fine salt
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic paste (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until creamy and smooth.
- 2. Garnish with parsley or paprika powder if you like. (optional)
- 3. Store the hummus in an airtight container and refrigerate.
