Ingredients
- 400g macaroni pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 160g mushroom - chopped
- 1 onion - finely chopped
- 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 350g ground beef
- 1 tomato - chopped
- 1 green belle pepper - chopped
- - Ingredient A -
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can tomato - 400g
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 beef stock cubes
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- - Ingredient B -
- 5 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 60g any of frated cheese
Instructions
- 1. In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat and fry the garlic until fragrant. Add the onion, ground beef, mushrooms and stir-fry, stirring constantly.
- 2. Add all the ingredient A and cook more for about 2 to 3 mins. Cover and simmer for about 15 mins. Meanwhile boil the macaroni to be ready.
- 3. Add the boiled macaroni into beef mixture and cook together. Add the green bell pepper and saute them lightly.
- 4. Add the ingredient B and bring it to boil, remove from the heat.
- Serve hot!
