Ingredients
- 350g pineapple - cut into chunks and frozen
- 50ml - heavy cream - beat until firm peaks form

- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp evaporated milk
- 1 or 2 tbsp vanilla syrup or white sugar ( depend on pineapple sweetness )
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients A and pineapple in your blender and puree them until they are smooth.
- 2. Pour the pineapple mixture into whipped heavy cream little by little and mix well to combine evenly.
- 5. Pour the pineapple ice mixture evenly into ice pop mold and pop in your ice sticks. Then freeze for at least 3-5 hours or until firm.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
