Roasted nuts & coriander paste

Roasted nuts & coriander paste

Ingredients

  • 180g coriander - chopped (wash and drain)
  • - Ingredient A -
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves - sliced
  • 25g almond slice
  • 20g pine nut
  • - Ingredient B -
  • 2 tbsp white sesame
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • - Ingredient C -
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • 1. In a frying pan, fry all the ingredient A over medium heat until light brown. Add the ingredient B, continuing to stir for another 1 min. Cool it to room temperature.
  • 2. Add the coriander, the mix from #1 once lukewarm and ingredient C into your food-processor and pulse several times (scrape down the sides if need). Repeat until smooth paste.
  • Note : You can also freeze it in a zip lock bag until you need.
