Ingredients
- 180g coriander - chopped (wash and drain)
- - Ingredient A -
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves - sliced
- 25g almond slice
- 20g pine nut
- - Ingredient B -
- 2 tbsp white sesame
- 1 tsp fine salt
- - Ingredient C -
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- 1. In a frying pan, fry all the ingredient A over medium heat until light brown. Add the ingredient B, continuing to stir for another 1 min. Cool it to room temperature.
- 2. Add the coriander, the mix from #1 once lukewarm and ingredient C into your food-processor and pulse several times (scrape down the sides if need). Repeat until smooth paste.
- Note : You can also freeze it in a zip lock bag until you need.
