Ingredients
- 850 to 1kg boneless pork loin
- - Ingredient A -
- 60g tsuyu
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove - grated
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam
For the sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove - grated
- some of soup from the pork
Instructions
- 1. Put the all the ingredient A into a medium bowl and marinate the pork for 5 hours or even overnight.
- 2. Pre-heat the oven to 180C degree. Line the baking sheet with aluminium foil and place the marinated pork on and bake for about 1h or more, until pork is cooked through. Remove from the oven. Keep the meat juice to add the sauce.
- 3. Add all the sauce ingredient and the meat juice into a small pot, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. Pour the sauce onto the sliced roasted pork and serve!
