Slow Cooker- Coca Cola Chicken

Ingredients

• 500g skinless and boneless chicken breasts - cut into chunks
• 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped
• 30g fresh ginger - finely chopped
• 300g celery - chopped
• 200ml coca cola
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp thai sweet chili sauce
• 100ml water
• 2 tsp soy beans paste
• 1/4 tsp fine salt
• 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp thai seasoning sauce
