White fish fillet with vegetables on top

Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillet
  • - ingredients A -
  • 1 carrot - finely chopped
  • 4 brown mushroom - finely chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped
  • 25g fresh ginger - finely chopped
  • 1 leek - finely chopped
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 tsp fine salt
  • 15g panko / bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

  • 1. In a medium bowl, put all the ingredients 'A' and mix well evenly.
  • 2. In a small frying pan, fry the panko/bread crumbs until nicely brown. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 180 C degree.
  • 3. Place the white fishes in the baking dish, and pour the vegetable mixture ( which you made at No.1) over the fishes.
  • 4. Sprinkle a toasted panko onto the vegetable.
  • 5. Bake in preheated oven about for 30 to 35 mins.
  • Serve with your choice of sauce.
