Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 20g fresh ginger - finely chopped
- 1 leek - finely chopped
- - Ingredient A -
- 100ml soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp apricot jam
- 2 tbsp white sesame
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in frying pan, add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant. Then add leek and continue stir frying until the leek becomes wilted.
- 2. Add all the ingredient A and simmer for about 10 mins over low heat.
- 3. Add white sesame and let it cool to room temperature.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
