Ingredients
- 5 galic cloves - sliced
- Ingredient A -
- 1 green bell pepper - cut into bite-size
- 1 onion - cut into bite-size
- 110g brown mushroom (about 5) - cut in 4 pieces
- 1 carrot - cut into bite-size
- 150g kanikama/crab stick - cut into bite-size
- Ingredient B -
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 130g sour cream
- 20g butter
- 100ml fresh milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp heavy cream
- ingredient C -
- dash of pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 20g Parmesan cheese (optional)
- some more salt if needed
Instructions
- 1. In a large frying-pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and fry the garlic until fragrant. Add the ingredient A and saute until wilted. Remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- 2. Put the lukewarm cooked vegetable into your food-professor and pulse several times (scrape down the sides if needed). Repeat until a smooth paste.
- 3. Transfer to cooking pot and add ingredient "B". Bring it to a boil, once boiling then simmer for 5 to 10 mins.
- 4. Add ingredient C and cook for another 1 min. Add salt if needed.
- Serve with pasta. Sprinkle some cheese if desired.
