Ingredients
- Ingredient A -
- 70g fresh basil leaves
- 75ml olive oil
- 40g cashew nuts
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 40g parmesan grated cheese
- - Ingredient B -
- 40g heavy cream
- 130g sour cream
Instructions
- 1. Add all the ingredient A into a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer into a bowl.
- 2. Add "B" into the bowl and mix them together with the basil paste from Step #1 to combine evenly.
- Add some salt if needed.
- Serve with spaghetti, angel hair pasta, penne, etc...
