Ingredients
- 480g ground pork
- 3 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper - finely chopped
- 1 onion - finely chopped
- Ingredient A -
- 40g butter
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp seasoning sauce
- 1 tbsp thai oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp white sesame
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- dash of salt to taste
Instructions
- 1. In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil and fry the garlic until fragrant. Add ground pork, red bell pepper and onion. Saute until pork is no longer pink.
- 2. Combine all the ingredient "A" to season. Stir well to mix well.
- 3. Serve with steamed hot rice!
