Ingredients
- 500g pork filet
- Ingredient A -
- 50g panko/bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- For the sauce -
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 7 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Japanese worcestershire sauce or worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- 1. Season pork filet with pepper and salt.
- 2. In a frying-pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add all the ingredient A. Fry until nicely brown. Set aside. Pre-heat the oven to 120C degree.
- 3. Place the pork filet onto a baking sheet or a baking dish. Sprinkle the panko/bread crumbs onto the pork evenly.
- 4. Bake the pork at 120C degree for about 2 hours or until meat is cooked through.
- 5. In a small bowl, add the sauce ingredient and mix.
- Serve with the sauce!
