Ingredients
- 650g ground beef
- 1 tbsp white wine or cooking sake
- 3 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 10g fresh ginger - finely chopped
- 1 leek - slice into rings
- 1 batch coriander ( about 100g ) - roughly chop
- Ingredient A -
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce (Thai product preffered)
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp weipa or torigara soup powder/chicken stock
- dash of salt to taste (as you want)
Instructions
- 1. In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil and fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add ground beef and white wine or cooking sake and cook until no longer pink. Add leek and stir until wilted.
- 2. Season with the ingredient A.
- 3. Add coriander and fry quickly.
- Serve hot with hot steamed rice!
