Ingredients
- 750g chicken breast - boneless - cut into slices
Ingredient A
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp Cook wine white or cooking sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 10g chili bean sauce (toban djan)
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp ketchup
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, add all the ingredient A and mix. Marinate the chicken for about 30min.
- 2. In a frying-pan, heat 1 or 2 tbsp oil and stir-fry chicken until tender and browned.
