Ingredients
- 350g ground beef
- 1 tbsp shaoxing wine / chinese cooking wine or just white cooking wine or sake
- 2 garlic cloves - finely chopped
Ingredient A
- 30g tian mian jiang / sweet bean sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, add ground beef and shaoxing wine (or cooking wine or sake) and mix.
- 2. In a frying-pan, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Fry the garlic until fragrant.
- 3. Add the ground beef and stir-fry till no longer pink.
- 4. Add the ingredient A. Stir for a few more minutes so that it is evenly coated with the seasoning.
