Ingredients
- 600g potatoes - cut into julienne
- 80g (about 1/2 US cup) ham - julienne
- 100g (1 US cup) shredded cheese
- 3 garlic cloves - grated
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- dash of pepper
- 3 tbsp plain flour (T45)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well until homogenous.
- 2. Heat 1 to 2 tbsp vegetable oil to coat the bottom of your frying pan. Place the potato mixture on the heated frying-pan, and cook for about 3~4min.
- 3. Flip them, using a frying-pan lid. Then cook for another 3~5 min until it is golden brown.
- Serve hot!
