I made “Dragonfly” and “Cosmos” Sushi rolls today. I am now looking for the taste that kids will like or that will suit most. If it is too Japanese, it will probably not be so popular with some western people… It is quite fun to think that food we use for Sushi rolls can be both yummy and beautiful :-)
